My last post was all about the insanity that is the whole30 diet. I'm now just over the halfway mark (insert happy dance) and I'm proud of myself for sticking with it.
Although been the Easter break I'm struggling. All I want is chocolate and it is taking all my willpower to not give into the craving.
On the plus side I have notice quite a lot of changes in myself. My skin has cleared up and having suffered with Acne most of my life this is like a miracle for me, I'm not feeling tired and sluggish, there is no bloating (every girls dream) and I feel better all around. I have upped my exercise routine, thanks to this new found energy, I'm starting to think that this might be a lifestyle choice that I could get used to.
I just need to stick this out for another 11 days and on my twelfth I'm going to get myself some chocolate as a reward for making it through 30 days of clean eating.
I'm also interested to see if I have lost any weight, it isn't the most important thing to me but I would be lying if I said that I wouldn't be happy if I had dropped a kilo or two and manage to maintain it
xx
