So this week I have undertaken what I would like to call my biggest challenge. I'm doing the Whole30 diet. What is that you ask? Well it is a diet that takes you back to basics for 30 days you can't eat any dairy, grains, legumes, soy or have any alcohol.
I'm currently on day 4 and let me tell you it has taken all my willpower to not crave and to stick it out.
I feel amazing! Sure there are side effects, my worst one was an awful headache at the end of day one but this feeling of amazingness is worth pushing through the headache.
I know what I'm looking forward to at the end of my 30 days and that is chocolate!! I miss my delicious treat and the thought of having it on day 31 is what is keeping me going, oh and the fact that I will lose a few kilos along the way and look fabulous!
